CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

Ordered products may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country, which are not included in the price of the products. The purchaser of the shipment will be the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all the relevant customs duties, taxes and fees. Dysfunctional Room has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered products meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. 

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

LOST MAIL

Dysfunctional Room will not be responsible for any delayed or lost mail when a normal mail is used. Delayed or lost mail for registered mail (with tracking) to be enquired through shipping service used.

For item enquiry:

  • Local to Overseas (via Air) - After 18 working days* from date of posting.
  • Local to Local - After 7 working days from date of posting

  • *Festive postings is advisable to add another 10 working days for airmail to the above estimated delivery time.

    Please check with you local post office before claiming lost.
